Good Afternoon Everyone!

This is the first time I've inked up this cute little image from Stampervie by Gillian Roberts and I've coloured the image with copics. My papers are from My Minds Eye again :) The border die is new from MFT and the scalloped circle die is Spellbinder Nestabilities. All other supplies are from my stash and I found this cute little charm that suited the card too.

Magnolia Down Under - 3D or Paper Tole

Time for another challenge at Magnolia Down Under but before I start I'd just like to send my best wishes to our gorgeous DT' s Camilla and Anne in Norway during this tragic time. To all our blogging friends in Norway we are thinking of you.

Our Challenge this week is 3D or Paper Tole Creations. It's really hard to see in the pic but my picture has about six layers and I've used a combination of silicon and foam dots to get the effect.

This pic might show some of the layers a little better.

I've coloured my image mulitple times with copics and cut out layers and built the picture starting with an image of Tilda, then a background layer of the window, the next layer was just the window frame including some flowers, then the shutters were added again along with some flowers and the final layer was the heart of the shutters along with a few more flowers. I've also added a layer with some of the bricks and leaves on the bottom layer.

My paper is from My Minds Eye - Stella Rose Collection (one of my favs). I've also use my Magnolia DooHickey Dies (flourish and tag), Wild Orchid flowers, lace, net, pearls, ribbon, twine and a charm from my stash.

I'd like to enter my card in these challenges:0
Allsorts Challenge - Free and Easy
Stamp Something Challenge - Embellish Something
Simply Magnolia Challenge - Pink, Brown & Cream

What's Cooking at Magnolia Down Under

Hi Everyone,

I hope you are all having a wonderful weekend! It's time for another Magnolia Down Under Challenge and this time we'd like to see your Kitchen/Baking Theme Cards or Projects!

My project this week is a bag that I've made for these Strawberry Jam Drops.

I've used some of this cute Strawberry Paper from Magnolia, my Magnolia DooHickey Dies and of course the Rolling Pin and Tilda images combined with some Green Gingham Ribbon, Wild Orchid Flowers, Strawberry Charm, Scalloped Circle Nestabilities Die and Lace.

My images were coloured with Copics and I've popped Tilda up on some foam dots. The sentiment is from an old Stampin Up Set. My parents are going to visit my 5 year old niece Abbey tomorow so I've given my tasty treat to my Mum to take to her as a little surprise.

I'm also entering my card in these challenges:-

Cute Card Thursday -  Lace Challenge
Papertake Weekly - Anything Goes
Allsorts Challenge - Free and Easy July

Colour Create - Fuscia Green & White

Time for the next Colour Challenge at Colour Create which is Green, Fuscia and White and chosen by our Wonderful DT Leader Sharon who has inspired us with this wonderful pic below! Sharon has also chosen the optional extra of Make Your Own Flowers.

We have a wonderful prize on offer this week of some gorgeous blooms :)

I chose this image called Lying Nora by CC Designs for my card this challenge. My papers are from Stampin Up and I've used a flower die to create my flowers. The layout I've used is from the Sketch Challenge this month at Creatalicious Challenges.

Nora is coloured with copics and although you can't see it in the pic I've added some spica pen to the wings for a touch of glitz.

Thanks for stopping by and be sure to check out the creations by the rest of the Colour Create team!
